Quality control & testing

Consistency is the product. A construction that performs once is easy — a construction that performs the same way on the tenth container is what keeps your line running.

What we check

Incoming materialFace stock, adhesive and liner checked against the documented construction; deviation flagged before production.
AdhesionInitial tack and peel behaviour on the representative substrate, including low-surface-energy plastics such as HDPE where relevant.
ReleaseLiner release force — the property most often responsible for web breaks at high line speed.
ConvertingDie-cutting behaviour, matrix stripping and curl.
DimensionalThickness of face, adhesive and liner against the approved specification.
PrintabilityPrint and print-reproduction check where the application depends on it.
Batch recordEach shipment is traceable to the production lot and the approved sample.

Verified mass production

79 of the published constructions carry customer mass-production feedback — meaning the item has run on a real converting line, at production speed, rather than only in a laboratory. These are the safest starting points when you are specifying a new label material.

Construction is documented per product code, so a claim made at quotation can be checked against what is delivered. If a batch deviates from the approved construction, that is a defect — not a tolerance.

Samples and approval

We would rather dispatch a trial roll than argue about a datasheet. Sample approval on your own press is the normal route, and the approved sample becomes the reference for every subsequent order.
